Each of these piano meditations were composed spontaneously in musical meditation with the intention of cultivating peace amidst the chaos of life for the young and the young at heart. Each track is unique and only exists in that moment of creation. Each is a flow which cannot be duplicated. Some tracks have more "spirit" to them and the final three tracks make an excellent winding down of the day before bed time.
